Fitness

Fitness has been a vital part of my life since I was 12 years old. I hardly played sports and was a bit on the heavy side in my teenage years. I turned to fitness classes to help motivate me to be active. I loved working out so much and saw amazing results that I received my Personal Training certification from AFAA and NASM, then a science degree in Exercise Physiology.

I have taught and trained with TRX, Bosu, Kettlebell, Kickboxing, HIIT, Teen Exercise, Core and Multifunctional training with all ages.

I have developed my experience with Personal Training and Group Fitness for one of the Top Gyms in the country such as Equinox, Gold’s Gym, Worlds Gym, Lucille Roberts and the JCC. I have implemented my experience and knowledge in physical therapy as well as in a medical setting.

I use functional training and movement in individual and group programs, specializing in weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility and core strength. I am also certified in pre and postnatal fitness and assisted stretching.

I offer 30 minute or 60-minute sessions

All sessions are done virtually and in-person
