In today’s busy lifestyle, it’s so hard to juggle it all with the right mindset to chose the right foods to fuel your body. Whether you’re a parent, a teen or a child, you always need a positive mindset to make right choices. Even food choices!

As a busy mom, I definitely feel the struggle to juggle work, home and my family. Each child has their own mind, taste buds and pickiness, but with the right approach I give each child the opportunity to express their needs and fulfill them with the right nutrition while supporting a positive mindset.

It’s rare for anyone to have the time to work on his or her nutrition and exercise goals with a trained professional. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Exercise Physiologist and Health Coach, I will create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of my coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. There are two types of Nutrition: Primary and Secondary! Primary is the fuel we feed our soul while Secondary Nutrition is the fuel that feeds our body. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. I touch upon both aspects because both are important to live a full and fulfilled life from the inside out at any age. This is true happiness!

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Nor is it to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, building meaningful relationships while maximizing energy and incorporating whole food nutrition. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
